Allen-Bradley Parts for Sale

PLC Machinery carries one of the deepest selections of surplus, used, and obsolete Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) parts in the country — ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PowerFlex, Kinetix, PanelView, POINT I/O, FLEX I/O, and legacy PLC-5 and SLC 500 hardware. Discontinued lines Rockwell no longer makes are often on our shelf today instead of a 20-week lead time. Every part is graded by condition, backed by our own 90-day warranty, and ships same day. Frequently Asked Questions
Are used Allen-Bradley PLCs reliable?
Yes. Allen-Bradley hardware is built for decades of industrial service, and a sound surplus unit performs no differently than one bought new. The key is buying from a source that grades condition honestly and stands behind the part — which we do.
Can you source obsolete or discontinued Allen-Bradley parts?
Yes — it's our specialty. Discontinued lines like PLC-5, SLC 500, and older MicroLogix and PowerFlex families are no longer manufactured, but they're still running in thousands of facilities. If you don't see a discontinued part listed, contact us; we may have it or be able to find it.
How do I know I'm getting genuine Allen-Bradley and not a counterfeit?
Counterfeit Allen-Bradley is a real problem on the open market. We inspect every unit for authenticity before it's listed and grade its condition transparently. For the full walkthrough, read our guide on how to spot counterfeit Allen-Bradley parts.
Do you test parts before shipping?
Most surplus parts are inspected and sold as-is rather than functionally tested, and are priced accordingly; items we do bench-test are marked. Either way, every part is backed by our 90-day warranty, so if something doesn't work, you're covered.
What warranty do you offer?
All parts carry our own 90-day PLC Machinery warranty — our coverage, not a Rockwell factory warranty.
What do your condition grades mean?
Surplus – Original Packaging: surplus stock in the manufacturer's original box. Surplus – Open Box: surplus stock, original packaging opened. Used: previously installed, inspected.
ControlLogix vs. CompactLogix — what's the difference?
ControlLogix (1756) is the rack-based, high-performance platform for large or complex systems; CompactLogix (1769) is the compact, cost-effective controller for small-to-mid applications. Both program in Studio 5000.
