Overview
The TLV SJ6-15 Free Float steam trap is a mechanically-operated condensate management valve designed for low-pressure steam systems. Operating up to 250 PSIG (17 bar), this 40mm (1 1/2″) NPT model provides continuous discharge capacity, making it ideal for process lines where steady condensate removal is critical. TLV’s Free Float® design uses a buoyancy-driven spherical float mechanism to automatically open and close the valve seat, eliminating steam loss while efficiently draining condensate.
