Overview
The Numatics EDV-02 electronic drain valve is designed to automatically remove condensation from pneumatic air systems at electronically controlled intervals. The drain valves are designed to remove condensation from filters, receiver tanks, separators, drip legs, drain traps, and dryers at electronically controlled intervals. This eliminates the need for manual draining and helps prevent moisture-related damage to compressed air equipment and downstream components.
Key Features
- The Numatics Series EDV condensate drain valves eliminate the manual draining of pneumatic air lines.
- Their large orifice allows even the largest rust and pipe scale particles to be easily expelled.
- Electronic control system with adjustable timing for precise condensate removal
- Reduces downtime and equipment corrosion caused by condensation buildup
- Suitable for industrial pneumatic applications requiring automated drain control
Technical Specifications
Specific technical data for the EDV-02 model should be verified directly with the manufacturer or distributor. The EDV Series is available in multiple port sizes (1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″) with standard configurations including 110 VAC solenoid actuation.
