Overview
The Omron STI ER1032-042NEL (alternate part number 44506-7420) is a professional-grade rope-pull emergency stop switch designed for critical safety applications requiring long rope spans. The ER1032 is the largest of the ER Series and can handle the longest rope spans, up to 100 Meters in each direction, for a total of 200 Meters (656 ft.) This switch combines a mechanical rope-pull mechanism with an integrated pushbutton E-stop and LED indicator beacon for maximum safety visibility and reliability.
Key Features
- Rope spans up to 200m (656ft.) makes this switch ideal for applications where long rope spans are required. IP67 (NEMA 6) enclosure enables the ER1032 switch to withstand water washdown cleaning.
- The ER1032 also has an E-stop incorporated into the Lid of the switch. The ER1032 has a built-in Indicator Beacon that can be wired to illuminate a constant green color or flash red to indicate the status of the switch.
- All of the ER Series rope pull switches have a built-in Tension Indicator to make set-up and maintenance easier and reduce the occurrence of false trips.
- 4 N/C safety contacts and 2 N/O auxiliary contacts satisfy the most demanding applications. Vibration tolerant — the snap-acting switch contacts protect against nuisance tripping due to vibration.
- Rubber bellows contain UV inhibitor making the switches suitable for outdoor applications.
