Overview
The Allen-Bradley 1734-TOPS is a one-piece Point I/O terminal base featuring integrated spring-clamp terminals for field-wire termination. It serves as both the mechanical mounting interface and electrical connection platform for Allen-Bradley POINT I/O modules on 15 mm DIN rails. This terminal base unit supports Removal and Insertion Under Power (RIUP), enabling module replacement while the system is in operation. The spring-clamp design (compared to screw terminals on the 1734-TOP variant) accelerates installation and reduces the risk of installation errors in high-density control cabinets.
