Overview
The Sporlan C-3-8-183 is a Type 180 Solenoid Pilot Control valve designed for precision pressure management in refrigeration systems. With the Type 180 Solenoid Pilot Control, the expansion valve is used to shut off the liquid line, making it essential for heat reclaim and multi-evaporator applications. This 1/4″ OD (outside diameter) unit operates via solenoid energization to control pilot pressure signals that modulate main valve operation.
