Overview
The EXAIR 9001 automatic drain filter separator removes water, dirt, and rust from your compressed air system, protecting downstream tools and pneumatic equipment from damage and blockages. The 9001 features an automatic drain which empties accumulated liquid and debris from the bowl with a float mechanism. A Filter Separator should be installed prior to an oil removal filter, pressure regulator or valve. This made-in-USA unit is engineered for industrial air preparation applications requiring reliable contaminant removal.
Key Features
- Automatic Float Drain: Empties accumulated liquid and debris from the bowl with a float mechanism for hands-off operation
- Centrifugal Separation: Removes water, oil aerosols, and particulates through spinning action
- Industrial-Duty Rating: 250 PSIG max pressure, 200°F operating temperature
- Stage 1 Air Preparation: Install upstream of coalescing filters and regulators for complete air conditioning
- Compact, Reliable Design: Proven EXAIR engineering since 1983
