Overview
The Square D 3020-IOM-44 is a PowerLogic I/O (Input/Output) module manufactured by Schneider Electric (formerly Square D) for industrial power monitoring and circuit breaker control. The 3020-IOM-44 has four status IN, one KYZ pulse OUT, and three Form-C relays OUT. The 3020-IOM-44 is not suitable to be used with standard function circuit breakers. However, it will allow a MicroLogic ‘full-function’ circuit breaker unit to communicate and be networked within a Powerlogic network.

- Four Status Inputs: Current range 0–7.4 A ac at nominal 5 A ac; voltage range 0-180 VAC at typical nominal 120 VAC.
- KYZ Pulse Output: Solid-state KYZ relay rated 240VAC and 300VDC with maximum rating of 96mA. Designed for pulse initiator applications and best relay used for any pulse applications.
- Three Form-C Mechanical Relays: Form-C 10A mechanical relays with limited life of about 10 million operations under no load or 100,000 operations under a load.
- Alarm Capability: Can detect over 100 alarm conditions, and can have multiple alarm conditions assigned to one relay.
- Time-Stamped Events: Status inputs for date and time are accurate to within one second.
