Overview
The Honeywell S87C is a proven direct spark ignition (DSI) control module engineered for gas-fired heating equipment. The Honeywell S87 is a solid state direct spark ignition control module for gas-fired heating appliances that controls the gas valve, monitors the main burner flame, and generates a high voltage spark for ignition. The S87C uses separate electrodes for spark ignition and flame sensing. This module provides reliable ignition control and safety lockout in furnaces, boilers, and other commercial heating applications.
