Overview
The Nibco Chemtrol 1-1/4″ Tru-Bloc true union ball valve is designed for reliable shut-off and flow control in demanding industrial, chemical, and plumbing environments. The Tru-Bloc true union ball valve is engineered with a self-adjusting seat and upstream and downstream blocking capability to stop flow when an alternate union is removed for servicing the piping system. The double union design of these valves permits in-line maintenance without disconnecting pipe.

Technical Specifications
The 1-1/4″ Tru-Bloc valve is constructed for chemical processing and industrial applications. The valve’s injection molded PVC construction with EPDM O-ring is ideal for chemical processing, industrial plating, chilled water distribution, chemical drainage, and irrigation systems. PVC Schedule 80 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance properties and has the highest long-term hydrostatic strength of any other major thermoplastic material used for piping systems.
