Overview
The Motorola 6-6069 is a vintage carbon composition resistor pack rated at 2.2kΩ with 0.5 watts power dissipation and ±10% tolerance. Carbon composition resistors are made by mixing carbon particles with a binder molded into a cylindrical shape, and then baked. This construction delivers rugged performance in surge-prone circuits and retro tube audio applications where solid-state alternatives may be less suitable.

Operating temperature range: -55 to +125°C; working voltage: 350V. The operating temperature range is between around -40 to 150°C, however the resistor derate above 70°C. These resistors exhibit the expected high temperature coefficient typical of carbon composition construction and are suitable for vintage equipment restoration and legacy system repair.
