The Gould Shawmut A70P40 is a Form 101 high-speed Amp-Trap semiconductor protection fuse rated at 40 amps, 700VAC/650VDC. Developed for higher voltage AC and DC drives, UPS systems, reduced voltage motor starters and similar applications where lower I2t and superior reliability are needed. This cartridge-style fuse delivers fast, controlled fault clearing with minimal component damage.
