Overview
The Gates 3VX1000 Super HC molded notch V-belt is designed to deliver high-horsepower power transmission in compact drive systems. Built with proprietary ethylene construction, this belt transmits significantly more power than classical section V-belts while fitting smaller pulley diameters and space-restricted installations. The Gates 3VX1000 is part of the Series 9412 family and meets strict industrial standards for oil and heat resistance.

- Precision Sidewalls: Precision-ground straight sidewalls give a uniform wedging action and ensure the belt fits correctly in the pulley grooves.
- V80 Matching System: All sizes meet Gates V80® system matching tolerances for precise load distribution on multi-belt drives.
