Overview
The WAM VCP2731C is a heavy-duty spring-loaded pressure relief valve engineered for silo top safety applications in concrete mixing plants and bulk material handling. It consists of a cylindrical casing with clamped weld-on spigot, a disc-shaped inner steel lid for negative pressure operation held by a central spring rod, and an outside steel ring for excess pressure kept in position by three spring rods. This valve is the last resort when abnormal pressure conditions endanger the silo structure, and sudden excess or suction pressure inside the silo must be dealt with instantaneously.
