Overview
The Hanna Instruments HI2111 is a precision glass body pH half-cell electrode engineered for reliable pH measurement across laboratory and field applications. As a half-cell design, it requires pairing with a compatible reference electrode to complete a measurement system. Made with high temperature glass, it is designed for use in strong alkaline solutions as well as for general purpose measurements.
Key Features
- High temperature (HT) glass formulation with spherical bulb and glass body
- Spherical bulb design for general purpose use, with optional conic tip for penetration and flat tip for surface measurements
- Glass body ideal for laboratory use—resistant to many harsh chemicals and easily cleaned
- Allows fast transfer of heat to the internal reference electrolyte, enabling rapid electrode equilibrium and steady reference potential
- Half-cell configuration for integration with separate reference electrodes
