Overview
The Gould Shawmut R636 fuse reducer is a rejection-type adapter designed to reduce amperage ratings in existing equipment. Rejection-type reducers will allow only Class R fuses to fit Class R clips, making the R636 ideal for applications requiring precise fuse sizing and maximum safety compliance. This unit adapts 60A clip assemblies to accept 30A rated fuses at 600V.
