Overview
The Fireye 65UV5-1004 is a self-checking ultraviolet integrated flame scanner designed for reliable flame detection in industrial burner applications. This microprocessor-based unit features an internal flame relay with fixed ON/OFF threshold, eliminating the need for an external flame amplifier. The 65UV5 detects ultraviolet emissions from fossil fuel flames such as natural gas, coke oven gas, propane, methane, butane, kerosene, light petroleum distillates and diesel fuels.
