Overview
The Falk 1215712 is a precision 20T hub component for the Falk Steelflex grid coupling family, manufactured by Rexnord Industries. Falk Steelflex Grid Couplings are lubricated couplings with seals and gaskets. The Falk Steelflex grid coupling is a general purpose, lubricated design that combines the economy and high torque capacity of a gear coupling with the torsional flexibility of an elastomeric coupling. Falk Steelflex Couplings are designed to provide a mechanical connection between the rotating shafts of mechanical equipment, using a grid spring to accommodate inherent misalignment while transmitting the power and torque between the connected rotating equipment.

Technical Specifications
The 20T size accommodates general industrial torque and angular/parallel misalignment requirements. Falk Long Term Grease (LTG) was developed specifically for couplings. It resists separation of the oil and thickener. Hubs are supplied with custom bore and keyway machining based on shaft requirements. Older models, 20T thru 140T, use orange grids.
