Overview
The Dixon GC615 is an ABS standard dry center back mount gauge designed for long-term, dependable service in industrial and commercial pressure monitoring applications. This gauge features a 1-1/2″ face, 1/8″ center back mount with 0-100 PSI range and PowerFlex movement with polyester segment, designed to resist the effects of shock, vibration and pulsation. The GC615 meets ASME B40.1, Grade B (± 3-2-3% accuracy) standards, making it suitable for critical pressure-monitoring installations.
Key Features
- ABS plastic case, corrosion resistant with C-shaped bronze safety bourdon tube
- Polycarbonate window with black aluminum pointer for clear, durable readout
- PowerFlex movement minimizes measurement error under shock and vibration
- Temperature range -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 65.6°C)
- 1/8″ NPT center back mount compatible with standard industrial connections
Technical Specifications
The GC615 combines compact form factor with robust construction for dependable field performance.
Typical Applications
Typical applications include those on pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, machine tools, and many other installations where it is necessary to have a gauge with a non-corrosive movement. The non-corrosive ABS and bronze construction makes it well-suited for moist environments and applications with corrosive fluids nearby.
