Overview
The GE CR353FE3BB1 magnetic contactor is a three-pole definite purpose control device from the CR353 series. Rated for 50 amp, 3-pole, 240 volt AC coil operation in an open configuration, this contactor provides full-voltage switching for HVAC compressors, electric heaters, and industrial motor control circuits. The unit operates on 208/240 VAC coil at 50/60 Hz frequency and is now discontinued by the manufacturer.
Key Features
- 50-amp capacity across 3 poles rated for 600V with 300 locked rotor amps at 240V
- Power poles supplied with two 1/4 inch quick connect terminals for convenient field installation
- Single-voltage coil design (208-240VAC) eliminates voltage selection errors
- Compact CR353 series frame size for standard electrical enclosure mounting
- Full load current capacity suitable for single-phase and three-phase motor applications
