The Parker PWS-M1012 is a compact plug-in pneumatic pressure sensor designed to monitor cylinder status in motion control and automation systems. This threshold sensor detects the stoppage of pneumatic cylinders by monitoring back pressure in the exhaust chamber. When the cylinder piston stops, the back pressure rapidly drops, triggering the electrical output signal. The sensor connects directly to standard banjo fittings on pneumatic cylinders, making it ideal for variable-stroke applications such as robotics, pick-and-place systems, and automated assembly lines where traditional limit switches are impractical.
