Overview
McGill MR-10 is a Cagerol® unmounted radial needle roller bearing designed for industrial applications requiring precision, compact form factor, and reliable performance. CAGEROL machined race needle bearings are manufactured from bearing quality steel with contoured rollers, making the MR-10 ideal for machinery where space is limited but high radial loads must be accommodated.
Key Features
- 5/8 in bore diameter, 1-1/8 in outside diameter, 1 in width
- Steel retainer cage helps achieve higher speeds and provides a lubricant reservoir
- Constructed with radial lubrication hole and groove on outer raceway for easy relubrication
- Precision needle rollers provide high radial load capabilities in small radial envelope dimension
- Contoured rollers help reduce end stresses and allow for greater misalignment
- Unmounted design allows use on ground shafts with minimum hardness of 58 Rockwell “C” scale
Technical Specifications
The McGill MR-10 bearing meets strict manufacturing standards and offers consistent performance across industrial environments.
Typical Applications
The McGill MR-10 is commonly applied in:
- Punch press equipment
