The Vaccon VDF-250 variable vacuum pump is a compact, robust venturi-type vacuum generator engineered for industrial applications requiring consistent, adjustable vacuum performance. The VDF Variable Vacuum / Variable Flow Series features a unique straight-through venturi vacuum pump design that places the vacuum port and exhaust path inline. This proven design eliminates common failure points and delivers reliable performance in harsh conditions.

The VDF-250 is part of a modular series offering scalable performance. The pump achieves 25″Hg (847 mbar) vacuum level at variable pressure of 50 psi (3.5 bar) and up, with 3400 L/min / 120 SCFM maximum vacuum flow. Connection types include 1/8″ NPTF threaded port for pressure inlet and 1/4″ NPTF threaded port for vacuum outlet. Physical dimensions: length 3 23/32″, outer diameter 1 1/4″.
Typical Applications
The VDF-250 is ideal for extremely dirty and dusty environments such as foundries, refractory, and bagging operations.
