Overview
The Itoh Denki HB-510P is a single-zone hybrid driver card designed for precision control of 24VDC motorized rollers in material handling and conveyor applications. With built-in zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) logic, the HB-510P delivers efficient, stable speed operation and advanced motor protection for demanding industrial environments.

- Adjustable Acceleration & Deceleration: 0 to 2.5 seconds with stable speed operation
- Multiple Speed Settings: Up to twenty different fixed speeds can be selected and features a pulse signal output that indicates motor revolution
- Thermal Overload Protection: Manual or automatic recovery of the thermal overload device
- Motor Lock Detection: If a motor lock or thermal overload error occurs for more than 4 seconds, the unit will forcibly stop the motor and display an error occurrence indication
- LED Status Indicators: Three colored LED lights are used to display and identify error types and occurrences
- PNP Output Configuration: The HB-510P is the PNP output version of the Itoh Denki HB-510 ZPA hybrid driver card. It features a 9-pin connector and is designed for standard-torque Power Moller® DC rollers
