This opposed-mode optoelectronic device produces a “curtain of light” using synchronized modulated infrared LEDs housed in a durable aluminum and metal end-cap design. The SLSE14-450Q8 operates with 14 mm resolution for finger, hand, and ankle protection in industrial automation and machine control applications.
