Overview
The Banner SE61R is an Econo-Beam photoelectric receiver engineered for straightforward through-beam applications requiring robust, low-maintenance sensing. The SE61 DC series self-contained miniature DC Sensor provides reliable sensing, primarily in straight-forward OEM applications. The sensor features totally solid-state and epoxy-encapsulated construction for unlimited life. This opposed-mode receiver pairs with an SE61T transmitter to detect objects blocking the infrared beam across a 1.8 m range.
Key Features
- Compact and rugged enough to withstand tough sensing environments
- EZ-BEAM technology with specially designed optics and electronics for reliable sensing without adjustments
- Bipolar output with 1 NPN and 1 PNP Light-Operate configuration
- 2 m (6.5 ft) pre-wired cable with flying leads for quick installation
- Right-angle design and unique shape ideal for mounting against conveyor side rails for flow control and product sensing
Technical Specifications
The SE61R receiver meets industrial duty requirements with solid-state construction and wide voltage input tolerance. Operating temperature range spans 0 to +50°C, making it suitable for climate-controlled factory environments. The epoxy encapsulation and NEMA 4X/IP66 rating ensure long life in washdown and contaminated areas.
