Overview
The ATC Diversified UPA-130-GOV is a panel-mounted voltage monitor and power alert device designed to reduce electrical hazards during panel service and maintenance. This industrial-grade detector alerts technicians and electricians to the presence of dangerous AC and DC voltages before the panel is opened, supporting NFPA 70E and OSHA lockout/tagout compliance. The unit is hardwired directly to the circuit breaker or main disconnect, providing real-time visual feedback via LED indicators when live voltage is present.
Key Features
- Eight detector LEDs – Two indicators per monitored line (L1, L2, L3, GND), designated “+” and “-” for polarity detection
- Dual voltage detection – Monitors AC potentials (40-750 VAC) and stored DC energy (30-1000 VDC) simultaneously
- Redundant circuitry – Self-powered by the monitored voltage; no external power source required
- Arc flash risk mitigation – Pre-verifies electrical safety condition before panel access
- UL and cUL Listed – Meets electrical safety and compliance standards
- 30 mm panel knockout – Easy installation through standard panel opening
