Overview
The Allen-Bradley 800T-XAP is a field-installable contact block designed for 30 mm pushbutton stations. This sealed-switch contact block provides clean, reliable electrical switching in industrial automation and machinery control applications. Mounting directly to 800T or 800H series pushbutton operators via base attachment, the 800T-XAP delivers proven performance in environments where moisture and environmental contamination are concerns.
Key Features
- Sealed switch contact design prevents moisture and contaminant ingress
- 1 Normally Open / 1 Normally Closed (1NO/1NC) contact configuration
- Screw terminal connection for tool-less field maintenance and replacement
- Compatible with both Bulletin 800T and Bulletin 800H 30 mm pushbutton operators
- Non-metallic housing for electrical isolation
- Compact base-mount design requires minimal panel space

Compatibility & Replacements
The 800T-XAP contact block is designed as a direct replacement and upgrade component for existing 30 mm pushbutton stations built on Bulletin 800T or 800H platforms. It can be stacked with other compatible contact blocks on a single operator; however, Allen-Bradley documentation notes that A2 and A2R contact blocks cannot be stacked upon, though they may stack on standard blocks. Field installation requires only basic hand tools. For systems requiring hazardous location compliance, the 800TC-XAF explosion-protected variant provides equivalent switching in Class I, Division 2 environments.
