Design and Functionality

Featuring a single spring design, the Style 17 ensures consistent contact between sealing faces, effectively transmitting drive evenly around the rotary face’s full circumference. This is achieved through specially designed spring ends that provide an interference fit, enhancing grip as the shaft rotates. The compression spring is wound in either right or left-hand orientation, depending on shaft rotation.
