The Optimux HPP3500 Pneumatic Control Valve SVXA02-LUSRX is a microprocessor-equipped, current-to-pneumatic smart valve positioner designed for both rotary and linear valves. It receives a DC current signal from control devices to precisely control pneumatic valves. • Auto Setup: The fully automatic configuration program specifies the actuator and adjusts the zero and span of the rotary valve. This function can be activated via a switch, allowing for quick and safe adjustments even in hazardous areas.
• Valve Diagnostics: For models with software version 4.9 or newer, parameters such as Stick Slip, Cycle Count, Total Stroke, Shut-off Count, Travel Histogram, and Max. Travel Speed can be monitored using a HART communicator or the Control Valve Maintenance Support System Valstaff.
• Fork Lever Type: The HPP3500 can be compactly mounted on the upper part of the valve stem, complying with VDI/VDE3845 standards.
